WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE

This is a waiver of Liability and Release of your rights to commence legal action. This Waiver and Release may be used against you in court if you commence legal action against any released party or person PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING VERY CAREFULLY.

The registered participant, or in the case of a minor, their parent(s) or guardian(s) agrees to indemnity and hold harmless Smith's Dance Academy and any instructors associated with Smith's Dance Academy, from and against any and all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any nature whatsoever, whether in law or equity, known or unknown, incurred by Smith;s Dance Academy and arising out of or in any way related, directly or indirectly, to participation in classes and instructions delivered by Smith's Dance Academy. By registering with Smith's Dance Academy, I agree to the terms outlined in this Liability Waiver and Release. I also agree to abide to all of Smith's Dance Academy policies and regulations. I further understand and accept that no promises or guarantees are made, explicit or implied.

FLORENCEVILLE CLASSES

Tuesday 4:45-5: 15 Broadway; Our Broadway class will use jazz techniques in a high energy “Broadway “ style routine. Open to ages 10 and up.

Class cost is $50.00 and runs for 10 weeks starting on Jan 10th. There may also be a small costume fee before the recital. ($40 maximum)

Tuesdays 9:00-9:45 Adult Class: Why let the kids have all the fun? Come join us for a relaxed, fun class just for adults. We will have a few laughs, get some exercise and learn a great dance to perform in he recital.

Class cost is $75.00 and run for 10 weeks starting Jan 10th. There may also be a small costume fee before the recital. ($40 maximum)

PERTH-ANDOVER CLASSES

Friday

6:00-6:45 Alumni Class

Alumni Class ( ages 18 & Up): Jazz/Hip Hop class open to all previous Smith’s Dance Academy Dancers. (this class will perform in the recital)

Ballet Pointe (ages 12 & up): Dancers will start in basic ballet shoes and gradually build up their ballet technique to dance and perform in pointe shoes.

Boys Only HipHop (ages 6 & up): A class just for the boys! Covers basics of hip hop, popping and breakdancing.

Dance with Teddy (ages 3 and up): Come learn to dance with your best friend! Dancers will learn a ballet/jazz based dance using their favorite teddy bear as their partner.

Flexibility ( open to all ages): This class combines stretching and yoga to increase dancers flexibility.

Intro to Dance (ages 3-6): An introduction to dance for first time dancers. This class will cover basics in ballet/jazz for young dancers.

Intro to Jazz/HipHop (ages 7 & Up): An introduction to hip hop basic for new dancers.

Lyrical ( ages 8 & Up): Lyrical combines jazz and ballet techniques.

All specialty classes start the week of Jan 18th and run for 12 weeks. Cost of each class is $60.00 (hst included) ( Excluding Flexibility, it is $30.00)
